Women Labor & Employment Attorneys and Partners (LEAP)
As part of the Joy in the Law® movement, in 2018 Diana began gathering women labor and employment attorneys and partners across the SF Bay Area to meet one another, network, and discuss topics that lead to greater professional satisfaction.
Diana has a passion for connecting people, especially women. She believes that women attorneys empower themselves, advance their careers, and find more joy in the law by enhancing personal connections with other lawyering women. Diana also sees LEAP as a vehicle advancing the cause of professional parity for women in an organic and nurturing way.
